Our Story
It All Started in 2018
In 2018, our team (School Site Administrator, School Site Wellness Counselor, District Level Program Specialist, University Clinical Psychology Professor/Researcher, and Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate) worked together to build a school-based Health and Wellness Center, at Sierra High School in San Bernardino, CA. Without funding, we developed a thriving School Based Health and Wellness Center, with a plethora of student services, community partners, a resource center, and more.
From An Idea To Execution
Today, students at Sierra High School have on-site access to mental health education & services, dental services, reproductive health services, medical services, vision services, clothing, food and much more!

The success of Sierra's High School's School Based Health & Wellness Center, has resulted in leaders, from all over and beyond California, asking for guidance, on how to replicate this success. This is how School Wellness Solutions was born. Now, any school/district can benefit from our experience and unique areas of expertise. You don't have to do it alone!
