PRE-ASSESSMENT SERVICES
We understand that every school and every district has unique needs. As such, we do not provide a "one-size-fits-all" solution. In order to provide a custom built plan, we want to take the time to learn about and understand your site's vision and goals.
- Step 1: Initial Consultation: In order for our full team of experts to hear & learn about your district/site's vision and goals, our initial meeting will consist of one to two hours.
- Step 2: Needs Assessment: Based on the findings from our initial consultation, we will conduct a variety of needs assessments, which will help you determine the answers to some of your questions and may drive the services you decide to provide. We may conduct qualitative semi-structured interviews or focus groups with your students, staff, educators, site/district leaders & community. We can walk through your campus to help you identify spaces for your Wellness & School Based Health Center Services. We can also administer surveys to measure your team's readiness, willingness & understanding, etc of your Wellness & School Based Health Center's vision and goals.
- Step 3: Implementation Plan Review: Based on the findings from the needs assessments, we will provide you with a detailed planning and implementation proposal (recommendations), to meet the needs of your school/district community, to help make your vision and goals a reality. This proposal will include outlining the recommendations in areas such as (not limited):
- Securing space & facility planning
- Securing staffing
- Securing partnerships
- Securing funding and/or initiating billing
- Available options and selection of evidence-informed services
- Marketing and awareness campaigns
